That’s it! Today marks not only what would have been the 95th anniversary of my favourite actress, the elegant Grace Kelly, but also the beginning of the blogging event that I’m co-hosting with the amazing Emily from The Flapper Dame! Starting today and until Thursday, November 14, we’ll be honouring the memory of the film star and princess via the 6th edition of The Wonderful Grace Kelly Blogathon!
This edition feels particularly special for me (and I’m sure the feeling is mutual for Emily), so make sure to take the time to read all the wonderful contributions submitted for the occasion! Celebrating that beloved actress and extraordinary woman is always a thrill, and I’m so glad some talented bloggers are joining us to do so!

If you’ve previously subscribed to the blogathon, make sure to submit your entry here or by visiting Emily’s blog! We will add them to the roster as they keep coming. I’m very impatient to read them all!

Without further ado, here they are!

Via my companion blog Three Enchanting Ladies, I tell you all about the time I visited Philadelphia, Grace Kelly’s hometown, and walked in her footsteps!

The always talented Maddy from Classic Film and TV Corner writes about Grace Kelly’s very last film before she became a princess: High Society(Charles Walters, 1956).

Gill from Reel Weegie Midget Reviews intrigues us with a piece on the TV movie The Grace Kelly Story (Anthony Page, 1983)

Jess from Box Office Poisons explores Grace Kelly’s career on television!

My co-hostess Emily from The Flapper Dame remembers the sensational friendship of Grace Kelly and Frank Sinatra!

Which participants reviews my all-time favourite western? Well, it’s Rebecca from Taking Up Room! Stop everything now and go read her review of High Noon (Fred Zinnemann, 1951)!

The second review of the essential High Societywas graciously written by the one and only Kristen from Hoofers and Honeys! And it’s one of her favourite films!

Kayla from Whimsically Classic shares her thoughts on The Country Girl (George Seaton, 1954), the film for which Grace won the Best Actress Oscar!

At 18 Cinema Lane, Sally explores Dial M for Murder (Alfred Hitchcock, 1954), the first of three films Grace did with the Master of Suspense!

Letiticia from Critíca Retrô intrigues us with a review of the book La Decisión de Grace Kelly by Sophie Benedict!

A huge thanks to all the participant and to my dear co-hostess Emily! This event wouldn’t be possible without you!
Here’s to Grace’s memory! 🥂
