The Jean Harlow Blogathon is here!

I’m glad to say that, today, we finally start to honour the sparkling Jean Harlow! I’m hosting the Jean Harlow Blogathon with my friend Samantha from Musings of A Classic Film Addict! This is the first blogathon we are hosting together and it is an honour for me! Her blog is fantastic! By the way, she’s now a monthly columnist for Classic Movie Hub with her Cooking with the Stars series that you can start reading here. Congrats Samantha!

But back to Jean. The event honouring the star on what would have been her 108th birthday starts today, March 1st, and will end on March 3rd, 2019, more precisely on Jean’s birthday. Jean Harlow, unfortunately, left us too soon and we would have loved to see more of her. But, even if her career was short, it was a strong and inspirational one. And, still today, people remember her and celebrate her. I’m sure she would have been honoured to see all these articles about her and her films.
